I have a lot of the first customers I had 15 years ago! Most notice as soon as something is changed and tell me if they don't like it. Some think I should be
here every time they come. My customers like the older books. Romances are my largest trading books. Westerns are next in popularity, followed by Mysteries.
We have a great selection of cookbooks and other
very pretty books.
They new greeting cards are a big hit.
I have customers who come in and sit while I pick out books for them. These customers are generally disabled and need a bit of extra help.
I have been told that my customers are spoiled!
My customers love the Hard Back Rental Books. Many used to sign up for books at the local library but wanted to get the books sooner. So, they come here.
I love
my job, I love my store, I love the people. I love the owners and the other people who work for the great Exchange!
