We have some of the most interesting books walk into our bookstores everyday. So, if you're on the hunt for that certain book, just send us an EMAIL or call us at (210) 656-8891 and we'll be glad to see if we have a copy in any of our locations.

How to Order

If you have books in mind that you've been searching for simply send us an email or call us at (210) 656-8891 to see if we have them at any of our locations. We have books arriving at our locations on a daily basis. After we have confirmed that we have the books you wish to order we will set them aside for you and ship them as soon as payment arrangements have been made.

What sort of books can I order?

You can order any book we have available for sale in any of our store locations. If you live in a community that does not have a good used bookstore or the books you want to read are nowhere to be found, email or call us. We'll be happy to help.

We are sorry we cannot offer paperback and audio book trading, or book and audio book rentals by mail order. These services are only available in our local stores.

Methods of Payment

All funds US dollars

Credit Card

We accept all major credit cards excluding American Express. To pay by credit card you can email us your credit card information, phone in your order at (210) 656-8891 or send us a letter by snail mail containing your credit card information.

PayPal

We can also accept payment through PayPal to books@greatexchange.biz. Please let us know by email if you intend to pay using PayPal. All shipments paid for using PayPal will be sent to confirmed PayPal address only.

Cash

If you live in our local area and wish to order books to be shipped elsewhere, you can pay by cash in person at any of your San Antonio locations.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping and handling is $4.00 minimum per shipment. Additional shipping and handling will be determined by the weight of the shipment. Estimated arrival time 5-14 business days. We ship only within the United States.
